    This pathetic waste of human garbage keeps driving around the block in his shiny yellow truck blaring the Beach Boys "Surfin USA" with his surf boards mounted on top. He's in his 40's and it's the most pathetic attempt to get attention I've ever seen. What an attention whore. He just keeps driving around with the song blasting on repeat glaring at people on the sidewalk to make sure everyone notices that he's a block away from the beach and is living the surf lifestyle. This wouldn't piss me off as much if he didn't do this all the time. Summer, winter, whatever. Hours and hours just driving around hoping people will notice him. It's pathetic. If he were a woman he would be strutting the street with his vagina stretched over his head like a snatch-wedgie wafting the fumes on everyone around so they would all take notice of his axe wound.

    Obviously he needs you to lob a water baloon filled with pink paint at his ride and after he stops to see what just happened, run up and write GTFO!!!! in the wet paint.

    Make a makeshift spike strip with a chain and some nails and duct tape. When he turns the corner and can't see down your street anymore, lay out the spike strip across the road, and then run back into your house really fast, so he doesn't see you when he comes back.

    Then bust out the popcorn and watch through the blinders obv ftw obv obv
