  1. Looking to buy a travel bag for my clubs. I have seen some from $70 on up to several hundred. A buddy suggested club glove. Just wondering if the quality of bags is really that different.

  2. Most airlines won't cover damage unless your clubs are in a hard case...although they are a bitch to fit in small trunks, closets, etc - it is better protection.

I've got an SKB - its not that easy to manuever through an airport, but I like it otherwise

  3. you get what you pay for imo. club glove is a quality product and will outlast cheaper brands.
  4. Ogio Mammoth.

Has pockets for everything, tons of room, awesome protection.

I have used this and a carry on for every golf trip I've been on, it eliminates the need for a suitcase.

And it has a lifetime warranty as well for all zippers and pockets and well as the club protection.
  5. Hubby has a club glove - had it less than a year, already has a tear. He plans to send it back for replacement.
  6. I have one of the hard cases. It's a cheap one and i have flown with it like 5 times and it is beat to hell. It's cracked pretty good.

If you travel alot with clubs i would buy a good quality one.

I just flew to Fla. today with my clubs and i am hoping the case makes it back. I am sure this trip is it's last one.

Which is the great thing about Club Glove...they will honor it without hesitation.

We have very good luck with Club Glove and Ogio, and BagBoy travel covers seem to do alright as well.
  10. Club Glove. Hands down the winner.
