The sloppier the better. Sound effects. Eye contact. Hand action at the appropriate times. Continuing the motion through completion of ejaculation. ie, don't just stop when I start blowing my load. If that means using a hand, that's fine. Just don't f'n stop mid-stroke.

I imagine it probably varies quite a bit from man to man as to what constitutes the perfect bj. I know what I like and I could tell you all about that but I don't kknow that it would necessarily help you a whole lot.
Some things that seem obvious that I've noticed some girls struggling with :
