    Ok long story short i've been dating this chick for 2 months and her best friend has hated me since day 1 for some unknown reason. Everytime I see her she makes little snide comments and tells people that she doesn't like me behind my back and to my g/f. I've generally just sucked it up, kept my mouth shut and let her bullshit roll off my back but last night, she started in with the same bs after a couple drinks so at bar close we all went home I was pissed that my g/f doesn't stick up for me at all in this spot so I tell her via text this morning that I need alone time (plus I had to work all day anyways) and that I was pissed because she always defends her friend in every situation yet doesn't defend me when it comes to her best friend and she obv brushes it off and acts like it's not a big deal.

    So tonight I make a post about how I think the Packers are playing well and the best friend posts on my public facebook page "The Packers suck almost as bad as you suck at being a boyfriend". I guess she thinks that because I was pissed this morning that it made my g/f upset so that makes me a bad boyfriend. At first I didn't know how to respond I almost just deleted it and ignored it but I decided enough is enough and I layed it all out for her telling her how much I tried to get along with her but that it was pointless and that I didn't value her opinion about me at all and that she should just save it for some other guy who will deal with her bullshit. So then the shitstorm starts both the girls are coming at me telling me i'm such an asshole for making her feel bad etc etc blah blah blah .She asked for it as far as im concerned, but they will never see it that way obviously.

    So now this brings me to my current issue, this has put a MAJOR damper in my gf and my relationship department as shes extremely pissed that I "would make my best friend feel so bad" and she isn't looking at it from my perspective at all. I don't know if I should just break it off because I know this best friend bullshit will never stop as long as im with her, especially after me telling her off, or should I stay with her and just deal with it?

    Feels like a lose lose idk has anyone ever dealt with something similar? It's really rare for me to come to the forums with this shit but i figured SOME of the ot'ers here have relationship experience so it's worth a shot.
