    Mirage, driving up Friday afternoon. Don't think we have any set plans but I sure as hell ain't missing the Saturday wildcard games. I'll drop you a pm sometime next week and we can grab a drink in a sportsbook or something if it works out

    This sounds like its gonna be one of those $60 open bar, but its gonna be so packed that you wont be able to get more then 4 drinks in 3 hours.

    we are paying 75. last year we went to one that was 125, and was real legit. not as high of hopes this year.

    GL on the train ride home. I've gone to the city a bunch of times on NYE and it's the worst. Last year we got stuck for an hour because some drunk chick went nuts and had to be detained. There was barely standing room and a bunch of people who couldn't handle their alcohol. When we finally got out (at Mineola I think) we had to wait on a line for like 30 minutes for a cab. The city rapes on NYE but the ride home is the pits.

    yea last year we stayed at my friends apartment, but this year the plan is to come home on like a 245 train "should be fun"

    In hindsight the night was worth the shitty train ride home fwiw. Only good NYE train ride home I've had was when we left early to go to another party on LI and we took a 1245am train. We basically left right after the ball dropped. The train was pretty empty. I've gone prob 7-8 other times and it's been completely packed every other time.

    Talked to my friends tonight and they're talking about going to bourbon street for nye. Fuckity fuck fuck. Here's to hoping I can convince one of my single friends to go to a titty bar with me.

    My friend has rooms at the Borgata/Harrahs, so we will be at club Mixx, doing bottle service. Next day Im gonna hit up a buffet, then head home, a bar around me has free beer on New Years Day., then headin to Philly for the Mummers Parade shenanigans.

    San Destin Wharf.. don't know what to expect. I unexpectedly became a 3rd wheel when my friend invited the girl he dates. In his defense she kinda guilted him into inviting her because she refused to make any other plans unless it was with him.

    prob do it chill and be with family/pop fireworks in austin. kinda growing tired of the whole craze considering how much money is spent and how many people are out. im always out with friends every year. i think its better to do it differently this time. ive already done it all anyway.

    Nye is even lamer than halloween but my plans are well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time

    Yes UFC is tomorrow.

    For NYE I am going to a giant party called Decadance in Denver. Diesel Boy, Bad Boy Bill, etc... Have 3 hotel suite party afterward as well.

    Will be fun.
