it's what you ask for. they suspend any charge and allow you to make up for the mistake.
if you follow all the rules you get your record expunged. definitely need to ask for it EXPUNGED -

Just to be clear, 1.3 grams = 0.04ish ounces = 1/25th of an ounce.
