    If they don't qualify, is the OT Rio house still happening? I'm still going no matter what, a World Cup in Brazil might actually be one of the single biggest parties in the history of civilization.

    Ya, even if they don't qualify I'd still go...and could stay in the same spot instead of traveling to all their games lol. But obv I want to travel the country to follow USA games, but we will all make Rio most likely our home base.

    Altidore is in the form of his career right now, really surprised hes not getting more of a run out with the national team - considering Bradley rode him hard to the 2010 World Cup when he wasn't producing at the club level.

    I'm planning on going to Brazil. Closest the World Cup is going to be for a long while with it shipping off to Russia/Qatar. In 2026 I'll be 40, and will likely won't be able to pick up and go. Brazil 2014 or bust!

    finally got around to watching the highlights. how narrow was that field? damn. but in the end just happy with the result. would have been nerve-wracking watching it live with the time winding down.

    Final game of this stage tonight. On ESPN2 and ESPN3, at 7:15 ET, vs Guatemala in Kansas City.

    Also, Canada looks like it is about to get knocked out. Down 4-0 to Honduras late in the second half when all they needed was a tie to advance.

    I don't see the tie-breakers anywhere but since goal differential is listed in the table I imagine it is the first tie breaker. US and Guatemala are each + 3 while Jamaica is even.

    no... they just care every 4 years. World Cup gets great ratings even if USA isnt playing
