  1. like once a month i wake up with these terrible stomach pains, like unbarable pains in my abdomen to the point where i cant even lay still. it happens periodically, sometimes in the middle of the night, sometimes late at night but always at night time. occassionally i throw up. after about 3 hours or so the pain subsides and i am able to go back to sleep. this is clearly not normal and i will be seeing a doctor, but does anyone have experience with something like this or heard of anything like this?
  2. stop eating nails
  3. yea i get these sharp abdoman pains every couple of months. usually it will only last a few minutes, but last month it happend and lasted all day long. after 3 hours it was bearable, but for 3 hours i could do anything, lay down, sit up, stand, without it hurting really really bad. i finally went to the hospital and they did some tests and just said it was unspecified abdomain pain. not sure what it was, but coulda just been gas.

  9. gas? my brother used to get the same thing.. had a few trips to the emercency room... they never gave a definitive answer tho
  10. yea this is pretty much whats happend to me. like 4 years ago and then last month. the first time i blacked out from the pain so i obv went. the 2nd time it lasted so long i was convinced it wasn't the same thing and thought it was my appendix or gallblatter. id go see a doctor, but mention these types of things to him to save you going through a bunch of uneeded tests. but then again, its always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your body

  11. Try taking a Tagamet at bed time or some anti gas med like Pepto Bismo. Definitely see a doctor tho.
  12. Look up IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Ignore the thread on IBS (Irritable Butt Syndrome)

okay yeah...i felt like i was gonna die this morning, couldnt lay still so i took a walk and was finally able to fall asleep when i got back. but the responses that people have heard of similar cases being just gas puts my mind at a bit of ease that i dont have stomach cancer or a tumor or something (knock on wood). def gonna see a doctor tho, thanks guys

  16. they're doin amazing things at hospitals now a days. Are there any in France?
  17. My official diagnosis is "dead gerbil".
  18. Probably have a kidney stone caught in your ureter the tubes from your kidney to your bladder. The stone usually moves at night when you are still. The tube contracts and causes this exact pain. Is your urine dark yellow or orange? Here is the problem.left untreated urine will back up back into the kidney and can cause your blood to become septic..If you get a fever run to hospital you do not have much time left it will kill you. Most stones will work their way down and then you will know when you piss out a shard of glass. I just had this problem a few months ago waited too long needed a stent in for two weeks then surgery to remove. Trust me more nurses and doctors have played with my piece in the last 3 months.

cliffnotes: go to doctor or risk becoming septic. messageme if you need more specific info I have had every procedure to remove stones.
  19. Bottle of KY and PM Quietwinner.
  20. I had very similar pains where I could not breathe when I woke up in the middle of the night. It was very painful. After about 6 mnths of this I got the pains for a few days straight, after going to the hospital I had to get emergency gull bladder surgey. I had several stones and it was infected. I had to have it removed.
