  3. It must be my wife. lol.

    Over the last 10 years i have had 4 times were I had to do a bunch of tests to find out if something was wrong with my heart.

    The last was 2 fridays ago. I had to do a ECHO, a stress test, and I am still on the heart rate monitor for another cpl of weeks. EKG the week before was fine.

    Every fucking time they come back with stress as my major problem. REally 5k plus in bills to tell me, lose weight and stop stressing?

    All tho I must say nothing makes you realise how out of shape you are like a stress test. I was projected to go 12 minutes at the start.

    at about the 8 minute mark my pressure was up to 200/90. my legs were screaming and my head felt like it would pop. Chest was right as rain. at the 10 minute mark. Blood pressure had droped to 150/70. LEgs were on fire. Head still had slight pressure. HEart rate still nice and easy. I think my prob is I tend to hold my breath or something. I think it more comes down to I dont want to sound all crazy, breathing like a dog in 100 degree weather.

    She must have asked 20 times. " ARe you ok?"

    I had to keep telling her. My chest feels great. ITs my fucking LEGS that are killing me. I went 13 minutes just to make sure I was over the 12 minute mark. Running uphill on that incline sucks balls!!!

    Got done and thought I was going to pass out. That was the most I have run in prob 3 years. and def at a pace alot faster then I am use to.

    ECHO was fine, and stresstest turned out ok.

    So I am back to stage 1. Lose weight and stop stressing.

    Only constant thing over last 10 years has been my wife. I had a stint of 3 years in there were I was in good shape( 190 pnds) and had to do a test then.

    ( just kidding if you read this baby! I love you!)
