What was your happiest moment in life?

    My life has had many happy moments.

    The birth of my son is high on the list. Along w/ meeting Beki and having her bring Kennah into my life.
    Almost every single one of them invovle the happiness of other people.(jackoff sessions aside).

    My point is this....my happiest moments in life are when i see others happy themselves. I get joy in seeing other people enjoy the fruits of life.

    So to all you people who think....me,me,me......i need this, i need that....what about me?.....you know who you people are......

    do 10 things that benefit someone else...then do 10 things that benefit you....and see what group of things gives you the most happiness.

    My most unhappy moments in life are when i feel all alone or have tried to tackle problems by myself.

    Anyhow...just thinking...."What is you're happiest moment in life?"

    getting sober for me...it led to a healthier life for my children and many others.
    the birth of my children.
    my wife is a God send.
    i love to help people with out them knowing..just keep it between God and me.
    lol i need to do a gratitude list...thanks for the reminder.
    but 14 years sober when i dint think id get 60 days is just a complete miracle.

    Manning to Burress, FTW!!!

    Honestly, watching with my gf and a few fellow giants fans.. that was one of the most euphoric moments of my life, and wouldnt trade that experience for anything.

    Now, this is obv. not THE happiest moment of my life, but it was certainly something that i will never forget.

    getting sober what not really a moment for me...more like a journey...and the journey was very..um....stressful to all involved...

    the end result...sobriety...has brought almost all my happy moments...imagine that.

    i'm not married and don't have kids yet...sooooo--2002 basketball state title (our sr. year)...got to go out on top and celebrate a victory with 12-13 of the guys i grew up around for 15 years. jumping around center court with all of your best friends yelling "WE FUCKING DID IT!!!!!" is pretty much priceless.

    close 2nd...this was a sentimental thread, so i had to go with sr. year state title. if it were "what were 2 of your most drunk nights consecutively," IU would have the title wrapped up...

    hmmmm.....good thread honey. there isn't just one moment for me, so here are a few off of the top of my head:

    the moment my children were born
    meeting pluv
    helping people and animals
    finding my sister, after she was mia for over 20 years
    holidays with my family
    buying our first home
    holding my animals
    sleeping with my babies
    talking to my mom
    hanging out with my best friends (we all went to the same junior high/high school)

    for the bishes(pluv) lol

    sometime during college a few years after my grandfather had passed on. i was quite sad and walked around in a kinda daze for years after his death. One night in college, after i was stoned, and thought about him deeply and realized my grandfather lives on through me and what that really means. I am in part my grandfather in who and what he raised me to be. It was kinda an epiphany on the cycle of life and death.

    2 so far, but the biggest one is on its way hopefully:

    1. When I was 8 and went to the hospital and held my baby sister in my arms for the first time.

    2. About 2 months ago when I married the love of my life.

    3. Jan/Feb 09 when junsie jr. comes along

    I won a race one day Ak>JJ it was amazing...

    No but seriously when my Daughter was born was the happiest day of my life. She's my little mini me and looks nothing like her evil mother weeeeeeee.

    When I was taking some of Brio's "after" pictures, and realized that I had managed to nurse a sick, over-drugged and under-fed race horse back to health. I successfully rescued something!

    Seeing my brother when he came back from Iraq in one piece.

    As for a whole day, my 23rd birthday was the best day of my life thus far.
