    My roommate is moving out and I need a new internet service provider. What ISP would you say the best +EV.

    no my roommate paid the internet bill. he is moving out and i need to set up internet connection. silly

    In a little bit of defense for him.. I think he was only looking for recomendations on an Internet provider, not our IP address.

    Real answer to his question, just go with whatever one offers you a 6 month or 1 year deal and then switch when that's done. Mediacom does it all the time, if that's in your area.
