Worst pain is clearly when you are suffering from heartbreak. Also when you get soap into your pee hole and try to pee or get a bad papercut by your nail.
The best pain is when you are super sore after a great workout or game. -

Most times when my foot goes to sleep I just let it be and feel the weirdness of the tingly-prickly. I don't keep cutting off the blood flow or anything, but I don't shake it or make any effort to diminish the duration of the sensation.

I get this tightness in my Xyphoid Process that feels like my ripcage is closing in on my lungs. I hold a book over my head and stretch back and it literally pops back out. Sounds like a 2L bottle when you squeeze it. Feels amazing. -

I lost a parent as a teen and to be honest I don't even remember the pain that I went through. I blocked it all out so I do not even have a recollection of my thoughts/feelings regarding that issue throughout those years. I know that it still hurts me today and I displace these feelings on other things. All in all it is very unhealthy.

Different people feel emotions differently. For me, heartbreak is the worst kind of pain I have ever felt. I have not lost a loved one, but for me, heartbreak absolutely destroyed me for months. I'd categorize heartbreak and losing someone together. You a heartbroken when someone dies or when someone dumps you.
And I think pulling out nose hairs in general is a great pain for some reason. -
