    Making NJ style Sloppy Joes here....no, not the sloppy joe u think of with ground beef and some sort of tomato based sauce. NJ SLOPPY JOES consist of sliced deli meat, swiss cheese, cole slaw and russian dressing in between 3 slices on nice jewish rye. Depending on the Deli u frequent, the selection of meats vary. I picked up some smoked turkey and roast beef for mine..serve with chips and a good kosher dill! sandwich building pics below...

    Made a nice big batch of chili using carne picada as the meat.

    Some hot wings getting ready to come out of the oven.

    And a Chorizo queso dip.

    Never heard of NJ sloppy joes.

    Anyway, ive been losing weight, so I wont be going nuts. Prolly just a plate of wings and not much more.

    already had lil smokies in the crock pot. gonna have skyline dip and potato skins during the game. My gf loves makin "Super Bowl Food" even if she could care less about the game.

    Harolds Deli in Edison I ordered the equivilant to the Jersey Sloppy Joe.

    Swiss, Pastrami, Corned beef, coleslaw in that order repeated like 10 diff times. (Unlimited rye) Drowned it in Russian Dressing, cost me like 35 bucks but made like 6 meals

    It was glorious.

    Any of you fellow Jerseans ever eat there?

    To answer OP, tequila, bong rips and whatever I can throw together from my girls fridge.

    ya the ammount of food served there is retarded..and thats funny poker, cuz as i was makin the joes i was doin shots of tequila and taking bong rips!

    Homemade beef stroganoff, venison jalapeo summer sausage, cheese and crackers. Probably make some kind of cream cheese concoction too, pretty much everything goes good with that.

    I heard someone call in on a radio show Friday and say they were having beer floats at their SB party. Not sure about that one.

    Okay, that makes sense now. That page said it was a North Jersey thing. Everyone knows that North and South Jersey are practically two different states.

    On a side note... my bro just called me and told me about all the food their having. Its gonna be hard not to go crazy on all this shit.

    Pizza, buncha chips with salsa con queso and spicy bean dip, cheez-its, Leinenkugel, Pyramid Hefeweizen. May run out to get ribs at halftime, haven't decided yet.
