What's the worst state to be a sports fan of local teams currently?

    I say Washington since the only team close to respectable are the Seahawks but they are currently playing like crap. Losing at HOME to the 1-3 Aints after getting shut out last week. What the hell is happening to them?

    M's suck! Nice job collapsing. Oh and as a reward for the collapse let's bring back the shitty GM and old inexperienced manager who actually had a less than .500 record after taking over.

    Sonics suck and it looks like they are moving to Oklahoma right after getting a potential franchise player. God does that really blow.

    Husky football not so fucking good. Thx Neuheisel and Gilby!

    Cougar football blows as usual.

    Cougar basketball was good last year we shall see if it continues. Doesn't help me since I am a Husky fan.

    Husky basketball. What the hell happened last year? Maybe Hope for this year.

    I may be over looking some states worse off but I can't really think of them right now. I may be over reacting but after watching the Hawks and Huskies play just horribly this weekend I am just now coming out of a drunken haze and tomorrow is Monday.

    States with major college or professional sports is what I meant. Don't the New England states have great NCAA hockey teams at least and I am sure most people from New England root for the Boston teams so GTFO with them. Red Sox, Pats, Celts getting KG and Ray Allen and BC is ranked 3rd.

    I will give you Wyoming but they only have the University of Wyoming and well they have never and will never be good. I guess that makes it worse to be a fan but since there are no pro teams you can pick and choose your pro teams with no local loyalty.

    I, for one, can't stand going to Dolphins games and having just as many (or more) fans from the opposing team in our stadium.

    The Oakland game was the worst so far this year.

    If I get page 2'd for this, I'm going on a one-week hiatus.

    Umm.. yeah...I grew up in Vermont. Great place for sports actually, since you can either go with Boston or New York teams - thankfully most go with Boston.
