  1. Mine is chicken. slow cook over drip pan for about 90 minutes, then baste with montgomery inn bbq sauce for 20 . come on over just byob!

    just did some tomatoes with a garlic/olive oil mixture over them. that was a side to the steak and salmon though obv.

  8. I used to live down the shore and we would BBQ all the time...

    Scallops wrapped in bacon w/bbq sauce was the greatest. shish-kebab (sp?) style.

    I live in Philly now, so yeah, miss those scallops.
  9. my staple, especially when $$ is tight, is a 2-3 lb. Tri-Tip. Just marinade in something of your choice, sear on both sides, then indirect heat for another 30-40 min. Makes great sandwiches and feeds 4-5. Damn typing this just made me hungry for BBQ.
