I have a cheap inflatable one, a canoe, and an 18' jon boat that I'm selling that's loaded. When I sell the jon boat, I'm going to buy a nice fishing kayak. As you can tell - I enjoy being out on the water. I want something that I can use easily when fishing on a river with a little bit of current, but am also planning on using this to stand up while I fish in-shore saltwater.
Does anyone have any experience with kayaks and can suggest some brands and/or amenities that I should definitely consider? Even for white water guys - brands of paddles that I should look at? -
These are the ones we are getting at work. We have older ones, that arent for fishing, but i believe these are much better.

you want one you can stand up in while fishing? i dont know every kayak brand in the world but i sell them and i've never heard of one like that. for good mid-price range kayaks check out cobra or emotion, both have some good fishing models.
