    Was talking about this other day with my friends, realized i've never seen a president of the us, past or present, IRL. I havent met or seen too many famous people either.

    I met Dan Akroyd at a Borders
    Had The Hero on the Hudson as my pilot on a flight to Dallas
    Had Chris Henry (RIP) rob a former friend on mine while he was in college.
    Saw Manny Ramirez in a J. Crew in Philly lol

    but thats really about it. Never seen a president, pope, or any other major world leader or figure.





    A bunch of my friends had pretty cool stories about meeting/seeing important people, so obv wanted to see if this was standardl or if my life just really sucks. I'm leaning with option B.

    I've met a lot of famous people, but no political people above my congressman.
    Most famous were probably:
    Marlon Brando: was staying at the same hotel as me. My brother and I rode up in the elevator with him, when I asked if we could take a picture with him, he just grunted.
    Henry Winkler: Nicest actor I've met by far. The Fonz is the fn man
    Tom Seaver: I got warned that he was a prick, but he was really nice.

    ken griffey jr and sr was in my town for a hunting trip, jay buhner (same as griffey) takeo spikes in vegas, played sports against chad greenway, and a shit ton of pro wrestlers when they come to sturgis for the bike rally

    Had a 40 min convo with the Fonz at a lecture at cuse. Seriously the coolest guy I ever met. He couldn't read, he used colors on his script for emotions to try out for the part. Great smart guy. Amazing story of how he came up.

    took the Gatlin bros to a driving range, took Charlie Daniels 57 tele guitar and manager to K-Mart to get him a white shirt to play in (cab driver at the time)
    Mgr left me and the guitar alone in the cab, thought about takin off with the guitar, obv did not
    partied with the bass player of the Alman Bros, Greg hit on the wife and then got pissed we were keeping him up at the motel
    Was on a plane, got a coughin jag, Dennis Kusinich offered me water

    I met Joe Frazier at a restaurant where my gf worked ( wife now) He was always there, he was hitting one of the owner's daughters...anyway, long story short, I was a big fan, and he was fucking hammered the first time I met him and the first words out of his mouth were about how much he hates Ali.

    I knew it. I fucking knew he couldn't forgive that fucker. It was nice to hear it from him tho.

    I saw Obama and Biden also, but they weren't hammered.

    I hung out with Pau Gasol one time when he was still with the Grizzlies. My bro has a friend that's from Spain and he was introduced to Pau, so he decided to invite him when we went out one night. It was pretty sweet because I was still 20 at the time and got to get into a few bars I would've otherwise likely not been able to (because Pau was with us obv). Overall nice guy.
    Another notable, and much more important figure I've met is Paul Rusesabagina. He's the guy played by Don Cheadle in Hotel Rwanda. He spoke at my school several years ago and it was an amazing experience getting to hear his story. I got to shake hands with him afterward.

    Sadly it's probably Phil Hellmuth. Anikia Sorenstam shopping at Trader Joe's when the LPGA was here was pretty fun too. Mark Madsen (the white stiff from the NBA) and Scott Baker and Kevin Slowey of the Twins come in regularly as well.

    Marcus Allen at Chiefs training camp when he was still playing. He was the last to come out of some building and everyone was gathered out front. After quite a while me and my friend decided to check the back entrance. We found him and literally ran screaming his name, caught up and we where the only ones out of about 100 people to get his autograph.

    Dealt BJ to the local weatherman in MN, Dave Dahl. He came in regularly and is a really really nice guy.

    Derek Stepan, was at the same bar over x-mas break right before he got drafted, same hometown as him. Dude is a big POS, he was drunk tho.

    Caddied on tour so pick your golfer, same school as Luke and Owen Wilson in Dallas, had a drink (cough , cough ) with Lindsey Lohan but she's a cunt but pretty famous. Was on wheel of Fortune during teen week but I wouldn't call that midget Sajak famous but I guess he is. Tons of other athletes as well.

    John McCain- He was leaving the senate building as my group was entering.
    Jeremy Maclin- He went to my local public high school (I was in private school). Regardless he's popped up at various social gatherings since middle school. Doubt he knows my face though.

    I've chatted with lots of baseball players during batting practice. Scott Rolen, Jim Edmonds, and Josh Beckett are probs the most famous. Although I swear Albert acknowledged my yells before.

    - wayne brady at a little Asian restaurant in vegas. it was me and 2 buddies him and his girl and one old guy in the entire place.
    - saw nelly walk about 10 feet from me while i was playing poker at the venetian
    - saw montel williams at a poker tourney in costa rica
    - saw orel hershiser(spelled that wrong) at like 6am looking like he had been on an all night bender playing poker online in the lobby of my hotel in costa rica
