I don't want to divide the forum between Democrats and Republicans, I'm just wondering who intends to go and vote. More importantly, if you know now that you are not going to vote, why?
My personal view on voting is that everyone should do it: it puts the power in your hands. Everyone says "it's just one vote" but if 15 Million think that way, it makes a gigantic impact.
I'm Canadian so I don't have a vested interest here (although I do recognize that this election will likely impact Canada), I'm genuinely curious to get a feel for the attitude, particularly of the "youth" vote as to who is going to vote and who is going to say, "F-it". -

I'm voting with my wife and daughter tommorow. This will be the first election for my daughter. The wife and I are voting for McCain daughter is Voting for Obama(even though I threatend her with "If my taxes go up i'm going to have to make allowance cut backs") Even though I dont like the person she is voting for I'm pleased to see she is excited about going to vote and I'm sure I will be very proud. It's a great nation we live in people, never forget it! No matter who the president is and no matter what problems we may face I honestly believe this is the greatest nation on earth!
