    Although they are not needed as much to tell because of cell phones. They are a sign of sophistication. Wearing a watch means you need to know what time it is because you have places to be. It is more of a symbol than a need.

    I have a habit of wanting to check the time all the time. I wear a watch because it's more convenient than pulling out my cell phone every time

    I RARELY wear one. Usually if I need to know the time I look to see if there is time telling device around or I just look at the cell.

    At both of my jobs, if caught with a cell phone out. It is taken or u get a write up. So a watch is a must. Plus I am old. So cell phones have not been around as long as my watch has. Old habits die hard.

    I only wear it at work. A watch is easier to check the time with, especially when I have constant meetings. Also, it's the only bling I own (with it's matching man-bracelet).

    I am a bit of a watch whore. I always wear one and cant leave the house w/o one. Plus we are required to wear one at work as part of our uniform.
