  11. I don't know if it is only me, but the way people doubt Obama and his policies going forward make me want to see him succeed all the more....God Damn people can be cynical!

  19. <h2>Obama to Name Transition Team</h2> Three people will run President-elect Obama's transition team -- former White House chief of staff John Podesta, Obama friend Valerie Jarrett, and Obama Senate chief of staff Pete Rouse, according to the New York Times.

ABC News reports three people will join a transition team advisory board: Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano, former Clinton Transportation and Energy Secretary Federico Pea, and former Clinton Commerce Secretary William Daley.
  20. If he practices what was preached in his campaign, I am fucking terrified.

If he practices what was preached in his speech last night, I am <gulp> hopeful.

LOLOLs sour grapes much guys? Me thinks you would rather see America get worse just so you could make some smug remark about Obama as president.

This just in. You got blown out. Your sarcastic remarks mean nothing. Dont mean to gloat, but well actually I do mean to gloat HAHAHhAHAHAHAHAHHAHA.

Resume your sour grapes complaining about how America doesnt know what its getting into/etc. Get it all out of your system.

    You still lost.
  22. People are so bitter its sickening. I 100% think certain people will root against Obama and for our country to fail just so they can say I told you so. What a joke.

  24. ouch, great post man.

As "bitter" as the political discourse got on these boards, and with all the shit the Republicans were talking, I'm sorry, seeing a complete Obama landslide and watching all of these guys flounder around and just spout of bitter talking points and sour grapes shots just makes me feel soooooooooooooooo good. So I'm going to gloat it up and laugh at the bitter Repubs as they just spew off more hate. Go ahead, spew it up guys, whens all said and done, you still lost, and lots of people are laughing about it.

    ggul bl next time guys.
  25. We'll be the ones laughing a year from now! When our economy is even more in the shitter and the government has a hand in everything we do we'll see if you think the same of Obama.

He will divide the country more not unite it. The forefathers of this country are rolling in their graves today.

RIP America as we know it.

  26. blah blah blah blah blah. The bottom line is you lost, and we are the ones laughing now.

Why are you guys almost like cheering for America to fail just so you can feel vindicated?

    country first..oh wait....

actually its pretty childish, like a kid throwing a temper tantrum if he loses at videogames.
  27. Do you people seriously want Obama to fail and for the country to get worse just so you can say i told you so???? If that is the case that is the most un-American sentiment anyone could ever have. People who would rather see our commander in chief fail and the country fall even further instead of hope he can start the changes he talked about. Seriously, take a step back and think about what you're saying.

  28. I would be willing to bet that a lot of people saying "America first, support Obama" gave Bush their full support as well lol.

    Hipocrisy ftmfw

Many of us would say that the changes he stood for in the Illinois State Senate, US Senate and campaign for the presidency are the definition of falling even further. In any case, I hope that he stands by what he said last night to be a President for all of us, not just those who have agreed with his stance on issues to this point. I will personally support him until given reason to do otherwise.
