    The Minnesota Lynx are about to make the state of Minnesota relevant in the professional sports world again. Lead by hometown girl Lindsay Whalen and rookie of the year Maya Moore this could be the start of a dynasty. Who cares about the NBA lockout when you got the WNBA champs?

    I know the NBA used to own all of the teams, not sure anymore though. Holy shit though, makes me feel like they should be locking out the WNBA instead, 0% chance they turn a profit

    I remember when I was at Tennessee when their mens basketball program was REALLY bad, they still brought in a profit while the womens basketball team was winning championships and Pat Summit was making more than the team had in net profit.
