I know the NBA used to own all of the teams, not sure anymore though. Holy shit though, makes me feel like they should be locking out the WNBA instead, 0% chance they turn a profit
I remember when I was at Tennessee when their mens basketball program was REALLY bad, they still brought in a profit while the womens basketball team was winning championships and Pat Summit was making more than the team had in net profit.
