Pretty confused about even mentioning Alec Baldwin ITT, and anyone who lists Wahlberg hasn't seen The Departed and is therefore not qualified to comment anyway
-
Dwayne Johnson is actually getting better at acting.

What the fuck is Mark Wahlberg do that was so great in Departed? Talk with a Boston accent and try to punch Matt Damon? Honestly, he wasn't important AT ALL in that movie and his performance was pretty damn standard... Just because you get a part in a good film and have a few lines where you yell at people and kill someone doesn't make you a good actor. I mean the man is obviously talented, but his acting leaves a lot to be desired -
he shot matt damon in the fucking face
-
Edited By: Senescent Jul 11th, 2011 at 07:51 PMYou know, on second thought I might agree with you there. I think my opinion is pretty clouded based on a few of the exceptional films and roles in which he's been cast; I really enjoy Four Brothers, Departed, Boogie Nights and Italian Job, but the only role that actually showcases any depth is probably Boogie Nights (which he was A+ in, imo).Originally Posted by AMARTIN1181

The Rock wasn't that bad in Walking Tall. I am being serious.
Paul Walker reeks. Vin Deisel obv. The guy in all those street dancing movies. Channing something maybe? -
Edited By: Senescent Jul 11th, 2011 at 08:05 PMChanning Tatum; he gets my vote for #1 worst. Guy is a complete doucheclown goon who would get out-acted on Jersey Shore.Originally Posted by LizardBoy

I think it's too early to beat up on Channing Tatum. Not nearly enough of a career, the only legit movies he was in He had small roles. All his Lead roles were shitty movies to start. But I mean...dude was kinda funny in the Dilemma lol. I can agree it's not looking good for him but I still think it's early

Compared to Paul Walker who has had plenty of chances to shine...and failed. -
the entire cast of never back down
-
yeah boogie nights was great, Wahlberg is obviously a hollywood lucksack. He could have easily been another pretty face in the crowd.
Also completely Off topic but one of my favorite underrated actors is Billy Crudup. Guy is fucking beast -
The absolute worst is Paul Walker.
I agree with Vin Diesel, Brendan Frasier, and the rock also being really bad tho. -
Now I have googled Paul walker I agree he is the worst
-
Walker, Snyder,Wilson,Frazier,Cage all solid choices.
The worst is David Arquette! -
A lot of horrible actors ITT but a lot of half decent to good actors ITT as well. People can't seem to control their hate and think objectively. Nick cage is really the worst actor of the past 30 years to you? Do you know how much money he gets for movies like national treasure, sorcerers apprentice, season of the witch? 20 million a pop. Do you really think he cares if you think he's bad in it? Get a clue please. He has plenty of great performances over the past 30 years including an oscar win, something leonardo dicaprio doesn't even have. I'm not saying he's better than leo but the nick cage hate tilts me to no end. He hilarious even when he's "bad" imo.

Hayden Christensen is an example of a terrible actor, not nicholas cage.
Mark Wahlberg is decent, not bad, he's been entertaining in a few lead roles in decent movies, bad actors don't do that. I suppose the exceptions to this are action stars like arnold who rely on explosions, big muscles, and uppercuts rather than acting chops.
People saying alec bladwin are clearly just leveling.
Who the fuck is channing tatum?
Dwayne Johnson is the best actor ITT. -
Dances With Wolves

Mr. Brooks
Bull Durham
For the Love of the Game (sorry, I love this film for some reason).
Field of Dreams
No Way Out
Silverado
Tombstone
Yeah, for everyone of those there's a Postman, or Waterworld, but not enough to make hime the worst.
Steven Seagal wins, imo. -

I think Mark Wahlberg gave M Night exactly what he wanted in The Happening. Shyamalan just sucks
-
Arnold, and it's not even close. (I even spelled out AINEC! FFS!)
-
Why hasn't Megan Fox popped up 500 times yet?
Also, I make it my religion to never see anything with Ashton Kutcher in it. I will never watch 2 1/2 men if that moron is in it. I've seen better acting from male porn stars.
