  1. white castle. I was riding with a friend who went to their drive thru to pick up a crave case of jalepeno burgers(gag), as soon as the bag was in the car the whole thing smelled like straight up dumpster. like actual hot garbage. i had to roll my window down.
  2. I love Red Lobster. I always get the same thing though, fried shrimp and shrimp scampi. Agree with Pizza Hut, however they have the best creamy italian dressing in the world.
  3. Nothing could be worse than Applebee's. 90% of the menu is microwaved and I've heard from the 1/2 dozen people I've known that worked there.

I enjoy Red Lobster but only for lunch. Can't go wrong with a decent ceasar salad and cheddar biscuits.

Ruby Tuesday used to be the worst chain restaurant when I worked there but they seriously got their shit together. The black and bleu cheeseburger is off the meat rack.

Hooters is bad? Even if you don't like wings get the Hooters salad. One of the best salads I've ever had.

Outback is the nuts for chain restaurants. Show me another chain restaurants that whips their own butter and makes their salad dressings from scratch.

Not a chain but I had the most incredible lunch the other day. Chinese buffet, $5. Was unfuckingreal. All the dumplings I could eat. Peanut butter chicken, butter mushrooms, green beans that were crispy and garlicy. Most times I go to a buffet and I have to eat the only one or two things I can stomach. This place was a struggle to eat everything I wanted.
  4. A few things:

    Chipotle OWNS Qdoba.

Lonestar is great. They have an awesome dinner salad and the steak is always cooked right. I like Lonestar.

And this is more fast food but Arby's is fucking filthy disgusting.
  5. Applebees gets my vote. My stomach is almost always fucked up the next day after eating there.

I actually like Olive Garden, although I haven't been there in years.

I am totally addicted to Chiptole and eat there once a week at least. However, I went to a different Chiptole the other week and it wasn't nearly as good. So maybe the one near my place is an exceptional Chiptole.
  6. Someone said they hate dominoes and I used to agree but since they changed their recipe they are probably my favorite pizza chain now

  7. If you think Chipotle is bland either your specific one sucks or you're doing it wrong...get a steak bowl w/ black beans, and the corn salsa and mild salsa, then cheese sour cream, lettuce, and top it off with the chipotle Tabasco sauce...since it's a bowl you mix everything together and then enjoy the greatest meal ever.
  8. If you think Chipotle has no taste, you're doing it wrong.

Also, trivia question: Which fast food restaurant is the most profitable per square foot?

lol wtf. Second post today that I reply with the same shit. F me.

  9. Waffle House: You know what you are getting when you walk in, greasy diner food served by the cast of The Hills Have Eyes

White Castle: Great late night munchie food, you know what you are getting.

Anyone ever ate at a Bob Evans? I did once. Not great.

Also Hooters. Is making wings difficult?

you go to hooters for the wings?
  12. Never been to Red Lobster, doesn't look like I'm missing a whole lot.

OG breadsticks and salad are good, but the food is meh. Better than applebees or fridays imo though.

Pizza hut around here is bomb, think it has to be or nobody would pay 10 when there is an illitch owned 5 dollar pizza store every mile. Its like they need to put in a little more effort. Pan pizza and stick with or w/o cheese.

Oh and not a big fan of qdoba or chipotle since a new chain came in called taco del mar. Any of these around you people?

Gotta be Subway? or Starbucks if that counts.
  14. I have them put like 5 scoops of the spiciest salsa extra cheese and guac with barbacoa. Doubt its me doing anything wrong. I couldn't put much more on one.

  15. Good guesses, but incorrect. Any other guesses?

And by profitable, I'm talking about contribution margin on food items. Obviously the efficiency has to do a lot with management.

Just made your opinion completely invalid. Hooters food is fucking terrible. No wonder you think Chipotle is flavorless, LOL
  17. I hate applebees never been a fan.

Idk why people mention outback steakhouse in here

I liked OG the only couple times i went granted I was high, but that place is always packed for some reason.

Yeah, you are doing it wrong, you are masking the flavor with that much salsa. The barbacoa is awesome, one scoop of salsa is enough and hold the guac. I'm an obsessive burrito eater and Chipotle by far has the tastiest burrito options among the chains, the only thing that tends to be a bit bland is the tortilla.
  19. I obv didnt read the whole thread but I agree with what OP says about Red Lobster, place is truly garbage.

fucking place is terrible...i wont EVER eat there..

i hate red lobster..its soo shitty...but any "fast-food" seafood is going to be that way. i lived on the coast of florida and bought seafood and learned to cook many varieties of seafood so i will never eat at one of those places again..

ever since i started dating my gf i rarely eat any fast food..it fucks up my stomach now..I dont get all the hate for the OG..i knew several people that worked there and they have some good entrees..and why would anyone get a steak there that's just plain stupid..

winners..i've never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse..plus it helped a friend of mine bartended there for 4 years in college..

if you ever want close to a good seafood experience I suggest you try Bonefish Grill...

dont really mind places like Sonic and DQ and Culvers

i actually dislike Subway a ton now..just not feeling it..its there with McDonalds

as most have said local places FTW
  21. how IHOP hasn't been mentioned yet is beyond me. that entire place is an abortion. eaten there about 3 times and have left nauseous everytime . . . and I'm the least picky eater ever.
  22. Hot N Now? Havent seen one in years. Is this place still open.

    Little Caesars?

+1 for Bob Evans and The Waffle House
  23. Outback is a nightmare for me and I think it's a series of bad luck. I like most of the food at the place but I have never had a steak cooked the right way the first time. Apparently you can get it cold and still mooing, or as ash remains from what used to be a slab of meat (I think). I suppose if you like raw meat or carbon remnants then they are good. F them for never actually delivering the tasty cut of meat I expect when ordering.

Also, whoever said they are a steak snob and ordered a steak at olive garden has seriously overestimated their snobbiness. No true steak snob would dream of placing that order.

  26. I say Papa Johns.

  30. Olive Garden is expensive? I work there and its not expensive in the slightest, its like 10-15 a meal, and for lunch its 6-12$ ....and the food is steadily improving(at least at mine, good cooks)
