    arkansas is tight. I obv live here. Tough to find a state with as beautiful surroundings plus NW arkansas is pretty strong for the poor south in job markets. With companies such as tyson, wal mart, jb hunt and what not.

    wal mart doesn't count as helping job markets since it destroys jobs, not creates them, and the jobs they offer under-employ their employees.

    Not from Utah, but one of the most beautiful places in the entire world. From Delaware, and 20 minutes to phillyy, 1.5 hours to Baltimore....1.5 hours to AC, really close to NYC and DC, that is all +EV....ummmmmmm

    and

    NO TAX!!!!!! = HEAVEN!!!

    Yes all that is true but all states have these things go on. I love my State of Georgia. In alot of states these sort of things happen and are often over looked. So be grateful that some of these things have been taken care of.

    plus if your fairly smart coming from arkansas (high school), its much easier to get full scholarships and such to colleges in the area. The waltons donated 500 mil to our business school which alot of it is filtered down to the students. I got accepted to some good Universities but not into the Ivy League schools but by ending up going to Arkansas I all my school paid for, computer, food, off or on campus housing, any trips abroad that I can relate to school, and the list goes on.
    Its the best hookup a pretty smart college kid can get and I suggest some people to look into the U of A if ur about to be college age

    Illinois is a top ten state in the US the northern half is the shit and no one cares or goes to the southern half so that may be where this guy is saying sux, Chicago is the greatest city we have in the US so there is no way Illinois can be one of the worst. If you dont like the midwest there are plenty of other states that are way worse. OP Indiana does suck but I would rather live there in Indy then a shitty state like Idaho or Iowa or Missouri.

    The obv answer for anyone who has driven I-70 is KANSAS!!!

    Hands down the worst state. There isnt anything close. You even have to pay a toll to drive through that shithole

    I was just about to say this. Western Kansas is just the asshole of the midwest. There is just nothing at all and nowhere to stop for 50 mile stretches. The fact that you have to PAY to drive through that dump makes it even worse.

    I have to vote North Dakota simply because I've been to South Dakota and it was way underrated. The badlands, crazy horse, mount rushmore, corn palace. . .badlands is f'n sweet as sun is starting to go down and we asked people about N. Dakota and nobody had anything to say good about it really, it just sucks I guess.

    I also have a write in vote for New Jersey simply because at my college everyone talks up Jersey from the state and the only reason they say Jersey is the beaches. Jersey beaches blow.

    i love georgia too, but our government does not have our best interest in mind, our governor has destroyed our already feeble education system, our police force (other than a few counties) is absurdly over reaching (i have been given tickets for driving while black in 4 different counties all across the state and stopped countless other times), we legislate morality as far as gambling, alcohol, and sexuality is concerned but allow the lottery to have poor people pay for middle class kids to go to college. I agree with you as far as many states having these problems, but georgia could be one of the top states, we have amazing growth in business and are strategically located, but need to improve

    *at least we're not florida where they can shoot when scaired in public places.... "BRILLIANT!"
