    After what happened to him last week...pretty much an asshole move to hold onto Polamalu's hair when he knows he's already down and rolling around.

    I thought his hand was stuck in Polamalu's hair actually and don't think he did it on purpose.

    tackling by the hair is legal and should be done if it has to be done. You don't wanna get tackled by your hair? Then cut that shit.

    I think he was referring to when LJ was standing up and noticably yanking on the hair, that was sort of a dick move i think.

    I understand the original tackle, but he held on the entire time while both of them were rolling out of bounds and was still holding onto it while Polamalu was getting up. Maybe his hand got stuck, I hope it did anyway.

    that's what I'm referring to also, I think his hand was stcuk and was trying to get it lose. as for the yanking, well, you get your sticky ass gloves stuck in some sweaty Samoan's hair and see what lengths you go to shake it loose. ;)

    according to the rules the hair is party of the uniform if its hanging out of the helmet....the man should cut his hair or be ready to have it pulled apart

    The penalty was NOT for him grabbing the hair. The penalty was for LJ holding onto it after he had already tackled him. Polomalu knows the risk and didnt complain once after the play. Give him a break-he should not be forced to cut it.
