That doesn't matter. I'm sure the casino doesn't want people committing suicide in the parking garage either, even though that's no harm to anyone else. I Like Wretchy, and tho I don't smoke, I think the law is ridiculous. That being said, he knew the law and knew that if he got caught he was going to be in trouble but made a conscious choice to do it anyway so he only has himself to blame. I have been in certain casinos (let's just say with other ppl who had drugs) and just not been caught. Athough this situation sucks, at least it wasn't a Harrahs property and he ended up being banned from WSOP for life

Yup! Me and Head we caught by security in the Rio parking lot while on break from an event. Luckily we were cool with security and they were cool with us. Just got of with a warning to never smoke on the property again and even got to keep our weed. -

I have a relative who is a big wheel in the security department here at Rivers Casino in the Chicago area. He previously worked at Mandalay Bay. We chuckle at family gatherings about the shit he busts up in the parking lots and grounds. When you're on camera every where you go you gotta expect that any departure from what's legal will probably get discovered in a casino more often than almost anywhere else in public.
