  1. Bought a $1000 Credenza. It gets delivered and one of the doors won't shut. Call customer service and they say I can do

    a. take a 10% discount
    b. have a tech repair it in house
    c. exchange it for another credenza

    I tell them I want to do option b. They say the tech will contact me in 2-3 days.

    So, I go look at why it won't close and figure out that they mounted the bracket that holds the door shut too far back in the frame. I loosen the screws, slide the bracket far enough up that it will hold the door and bam it's good to go.

    I then call customer service back and tell them that I'd rather take the 10% discount. $100 saved.

    Is that wrong?
