I love dogs. I have three; 1 was beaten and left for dead, one was going to be shot because she "bit" (5 month old puppy play) and the third was wild, and when the animal control trapped her they were going to euthanize her. I say that before anyone accuses me of being a dog hater.
My neighbors have a dog that they must keep chained outside all night. I don't know exactly where this dog is, as most have privacy fences so you can't see their backyards. Every single night this dog starts screaming like it's being beaten. It wakes me up out of a dead sleep. The sound travels right through my bedroom window. I haven't had a decent night sleep for two weeks because of it.
I closed the window and turned on the A/C, despite it being only early May, and I could still hear it, although not as badly.
Would it be wrong to go "dognap" and turn the dog into the pound? -
I think you should rape your neighbors. Follow that up by letting the dog in their house. and chaining them up in their backyard.
On second thought, the rape my be unnecessary, but follow at your own discretion. -
dognap..hell no! call the cops for "suspicious noises" all the time hell yes.
edit: it's not one of those family's like on vice channels' "asses of the Caribbean" is it?? -
talk to neighbor...is that to obv?

Call animal control /thread

You'd rather steal the dog and have it euthenised than to have a conversation with your neighbor. Does your skin erupt in boils when you talk to strangers or something?

we had this problem years ago with the guy who lived across the street. his dog would bark outside allll night, and he would use an electric saw at 5am. all the neighbors called the cops and filed a noise complaint. he was essentially told to keep the dog inside or they are going to take it pending another complaint.
