    So I am walking my dog not too far from my house at around 10.30pm and I see this black dude walking towards me from a distance.

    I notice he is walking/acting a little weird.....anyway I continue down the road and he stops at the end/right on the corner of the road. It's dark so I couldn't see too well, but I'm pretty sure he was looking in my direction.

    My dog is a little crazy/hyper so I move out a little onto the road to pass him (there is a small railings between me and him now).

    Anyway, though I'm doing my best not to make eye contact with him I am certain he is staring at me as I walk past him...I get maybe 15 metres away from him and I hear him shout "PUSSY!"

    I am pretty small and white, he was pretty skinny, tall, ghetto looking and black. I think me and my dog (not a pitbull or anything) could take him if it was life or death.

    Living in Philly, I learned how not to look like a pussy.

    I lived in the ghetto and not once did anyone ever attempt to rob me or anything shady. Eye contact is good. Just cant give the guy the, "I will fuck you up" or "Im not fucking scared of you asshole" look.

    Basically... pretend your walking by an old white lady and youre good.
