    XIAGuy has posted exactly 91 times since Wein and I decided to give .25 each to the American Cancer Society for every post my Father makes (XIAguy is also matching our contribution). He has until midnight tonight to get that count up and get more money for the ACS.

    He also has to go to bed pretty soon because he has to be up before 5:00 tomorrow morning to go to NYC.

    While I'm at it, though, thanks to the OT community, especially Wein and DaVols for the chance to help raise a few bucks, get to know the OT crowd a bit and have some fun. You're a great group!

    mainly this is to ask as many questions that can be asked to pump up the post count for the guy since Davols and Wein are donating .25 a post from him which is very cool since it goes to Cancer reasearch so lets get this Bish started.

    Sadly, I'm old enough to remember. In the car with my mother in the middle of Ames, Iowa. She pulled over and was too spooked to drive for a while. I was too young to understand much about it.

    I ll see if i cant get some posts out of him ( although i ll probably just get a bunch of homer crap from davols, but.. ) YOU DONT REALLY THINK TENNESSEE HAS A CHANCE IN HELL AGAINST CAL DO YOU ? I MEAN SERIOUSLY. ONLY ELITE TEAMS WIN BIG ROAD GAMES AGAINST GOOD NON CONFERENCE OPPONENTS AND TENNESSEE ISNT ONE OF THEM

    I'm a little surprised you're not more of a Washington and less of a Cal fan, (and as we speak Washington is beating the crap out of Syracuse at Syracuse) but what do I know? :-)

    I'm also hesitant to get into this one because:
    1) You and DaVols both know more about college football than I do
    2) You and DaVols (and for that matter DaVols and Tim_Lock) have a 0% chance of ever listening to each other's logic so no matter which way I go, I'm dead.
    3) I have zero credibility in college football right now since I'm an Iowa State fan and posted a note saying that they would beat Kent State and the spread.

    How about they would have if Ainge hadn't broken his finger?

    I'll keep posting for sure. It's a fun community, I like writing and I learn a lot (some of it kind of scary, of course...) from the posts here.

    no offense davols it was just a preemptive strike against you thinking i was clueless, and no im not a cal fan, but i try to defend the pac-10 against east coast bashers when i can. I just think home field is huuuge in pac-10 vs big ten and SEC showdowns and think Cal will win. And UW has such a brutal schedule, they needed this win against a weak ass Syracuse. Im more of a WSU fan, but i like the area to be repped well and i root for them most weeks

    I was truly lost. I made money at work...made money in the stock market...but while I was spending truckloads of money to send DaVols and Slepnir (his brother) to college, it just didn't feel like I was losing enough. Luckily they showed me poker and I was able to use it to leak even more money. Someday I may actually be able to play consistently and improve my game so poker becomes +EV for me, but for now I'm happy to donate to my fellow poker pros on the rare occasions I actually play.
