What is everyone's take looking from now. USC could knock Oregon off tonight and we wouldnt even have to worry about them. Thanks to Iowa St. last night, they've all but set us up for a rematch in NO. Can anyone see a more deserving team(granted we must win next week). What say you? Obv im biased.
oh and go Baylor Bears!!!! Oklahoma can be silenced there too:) -
We're #3 and #2 lost, we're not getting jumped. Its in our hands. but....
what do you expect to accomplish by starting this thread?
SEC hate and southern bashing? -
not sure.. this is actually the best thing that could happen to arkansas if the games hold. If Arkansas beats LSU it would be in.. Im sorry Mattg it is not that much of a stretch though

Its a pretty big stretch. There is one team that has been consistently excellent all year. -
MattG if you had to predict a score in the SECcg between LSU/UGA what would you predict?
-

Reason: good catch WAR -
As long as they perform well in their conference championship game, I don't see why not...
After tonight it might be by default with Arkansas as the only other team with a chance. -
It feels reallllll good. Im trying not to make an absurd obnoxious homer prediction. 41-10 might be more likely.
-
I think it's LSU even if they lose.

Unless Ark jumped LSU in the final BCS rankings ofc. -
If Arkansas beats LSU in a close game, more likely you'd have an LSU - Arkansas match, assuming that current scores hold of course.
-
well thats what im looking at which would sound insane.. if scores hold now, it would be LSU, Bama, Ark.. say Ark wins by a FG over LSU.. then what.. you have Ark beating LSU on the road by a FG, having won the most games in a row of the 3.. LSU beat bama by a FG on the road.. Bama beat crap out of Arky.. Wouldnt want to be a voter in that instance. I just like how Arkansas is playing right now and LSUs defense had trouble against them last year. i just dont know how you all think its going to be a walk through thats all.

ftr, i think the scores will hold tonight. USC is too big at the WR position, i see them opening this one up.. Oklahoma just doesnt seem right without broyles obv.. I mean they struggled just to get to 10 at halftime.. this one should be close, but looks like griffin has a shot for a significant win and the state of oklahoma goes in mourning -
ill be your huckleberry.. hundo? i dont have infinite lol
-
word, gl satan

thats pretty close to what I was thinking. I honestly think UGA will hang around for the first half or so but that might be my homerism talking. Our defense has gotten much better as the year has gone on and its not like LSUs off is sick or anything. LSU defense is a whole 'nother animal....
spread will open at around 13.5 imo.... -

There will be adjustments with this weeks and the next few weekend's results ofc. -
am i the only one that thinks this national title scenario between lsu n bama will make the game less televised given the expectations that itll be a defensive battle and will not be as interesting?
also loling pretty hard right now.
oklahoma top team this year......loses to texas tech
oksu to team this year.......loses to iowa state -

Does it matter?
1 vs 2 is all that matters.
by the way, top 3 teams in the nation all in the SEC West. -
If LSU loses to Arkansas they could still easily get left out of the BCS entirely.
-
This whole championship game debate is kinda over - we all know who should be playing each other.
The debate now should be how wide is the gap Arkansas has over the #4 team.
