    OMAHA, Neb. Nebraska officials have taken custody of an 18-month-old after the child's mother tried sell the boy online at Craigslist.

    Sarpy County Attorney Lee Polikov says charges have not yet been filed against the mother.

    But state officials took the child into foster care late Friday to make sure the boy's safe.

    The text of the ad said the woman is a methamphetamine addict and the boy deserves a mom who is not an addict.

    The woman said in the ad her son needs help before she does something crazy.

    Another story about a Oklahoma man who RAPED a 4 YEAR OLD GIRL got sentenced to ONE year in jail. i understand SORTA, why they did the plea agreement, to avoid the 4y/o lil girl to have to go on the witness stand...but only 1 FKING YEAR????

    His was 20 years, and got reduced, I assume you will get a similar break if you have no prior history, like this guy

    I dont care if I was selling crack and its my tenth time caught. No Child rapist should have a shorter sentence than any offneder in the jail including those that killed adults. And yes i have priors FOR NON VIOLENT VICTEMLESS CRIMES and Im fucked.

    He will have to spend his entire year in protective custody to survive which is baiscally volunteering to go to the hole so people dont kill you.

    I agree with you, but its how it works

    I was just pointing out he was facing 20, not like 1 year is sentencing guidlines. I still think that as long as you treat court with respect you wont spend but a little time in the workhouse

    Most of these pedophiles have mental probs, cut of dick, no more rapy and no $ wasted on prison

    lolz at jaybone. On my last visit to the bighosue for my 6 month Vacation, a child molestor in my block got some crushed glass in his mashed potatoes. Its to bad the kitchen trustees didnt break it up better cuz he litterally saw the glass chunks in his food b4 he ate it and jsut started crying and no dying.

    Buchi ive think ive mentioned this before my little bro is finishing up the last few months of his two year sentence for 2lbs of weed. no priors just refused to snitch.

    Yet you admit i touched this kid. bam 1 year and a lifetime of trauma for some kid. such BS
