    Can't believe they let this drug running low-life back on the streets the very same day.

    We need harsher penalties. Jail time, every time. It's the only way to keep our children safe from these drug pushers.

    Willie's a stand-up guy. From a legal standpoint though everyone should have denied ownership and make the prosecution prove possession.

    LOL @ OP. I'm all for the legalization of MJ but until that happens he should 100% be held on almost 1/2 lb of MJ.

    Wouldn't this take even the biggest of pot heads a few weeks to smoke? Nobody needs that much for personal use.

    As far as health concerns go, Spice is probably a greater risk. But the illegal nature of MJ (and no, that will not change at any time in the foreseeable future) means that tons of $$ is being made by the Mexican cartels. People are dying.
