Opener is 41/17 and has raised 1st 10/40 times. Very spewy and I think a 3b/c here with 99 is for value. Flatter is playing standard ABC but he should be 3 betting all better hands vs this villain.

What's your line here? I contemplated every option (flat, shove, 3b, fold).
