A few hands into a final table. About 8 hands ago w/10 players left I just took took the worst bad beat of my poker life by getting 1 outted on the river for the chip lead:

All the chat at the table is about this hand. I'm not sure how that affects my image.
Villain in the hand had been at the other table and was very active at the other table either opening 3x or limping. I noticed a few of his limps he folded to shoves.
This time he limps UTG. I have 9BBs on the button. If I had more chips I would shove. Is this a good time for a go-n-go? If so what should my initial raise be to?
