I’ve listed three problem situations below that I’ve noticed in my game. I don’t feel that I play these spots badly, but that I may not always be taking the optimal line. The questions are relatively specific, but have wide implications. For each of these situations, assume a full table and that all players still have roughly the 1500 starting stack size for simplicity

1) Button, who is a reg, raises your blind in the 25/50 level. This particular player frequently raises your blind, and you don’t know his range exactly, but you suspect it’s something like this:

22+, A2s+, A2+, K8s+, K9+, Q9s+, QT+, J8s+, JT, T8s+, T9, 97s+, 87s, 76s, 65s

What do you do with the following hands in this situation: 77-TT, AQo, AJs, AJo?

2) A 17/11(vp/pfr)solid pro raises from the hijack during the 10/20 blind level, the action is folded to you, and you hold 99 or AQo on the button. How would you play this, and would you play it differently in the 25/50 level?

3) A 23/15 random raises from the hijack during the 10/20 blind level, the action is folded to you, and you hold 99 or AQo on the button. How would you play this, and would you play it differently in the 25/50 level?
