Hi guys, thought id ask a question to everyone about how your family feels about you playing poker? The problem ive been having is with my mum. She knows i enjoy playing poker but thinks im just going to blow all my money doing so. She isn't nasty about it or doesnt say ive got to stop but she just gets scared saying that it's all just gambling, and I'm not going to win. She also doesn't believe that any player can get an edge in a game they are playing, as she says "It's luck, all on the turn of a card". I'll admit myself that i'm not the best player, far from it but i think im slowly picking up and improving as i go along and after losing my bankroll a few months ago ive started building it back up again. I'm now using what looks like the right bankroll management by jennifear which i didn't use before that, and have a decent enough bankroll to play the small mtts. Anyone have similar situations? Or any ideas i can do to bring my mum round a bit? Apart from winning a huuuuuuuge score lol.
