Here are the rules:
1) To advance to the next stage Horse must be in profit to Staker for the price of the next step, including stakeback and any make up owed**
2) All Horses Start at Step One, To be eligible to advance to the bigger buy-ins you must have received stake from this post, Not a Quick Hit from other offerings
3) All steps must be completed in order to advance, there will be no step skipping.
4) If you have DNS please explain with link, No link No stake ,this applys to OPR stats link as well (does not apply to P5's)
5) All can apply, but player points will play a factor in determining your acceptance (does not apply to P5's)
6) If you fail to advance in steps 1-3 you return to Step 1 If you fail to advance in Steps 4-5 You can re-apply for Step 3, some exceptions may apply
7) The Staker reserves the right to cancel this program at anytime,
Open stakes will continue until Horses still running fail to advance
Please note: That by applying you agree that any Make-Up owed to Sputnik1 or Sputnik1-pf on the other popular site will be adjusted accordingly
The Steps
Step 1) The Big $5.50 $20,000 To advance to step 2 you must profit $8.80 for the staker**
Step 2) The Big $8.80 $30,000 To advance to step 3 you must profit $11.00 for the staker**
Step 3) The Big $11 $75,000 To advance to step 4 you must profit $22.00 for the staker**
Step 4) The Big $22 $50,000 To advance to step 5 you must profit $55.00 for the staker**
Step 5) The Big $55 $125,000 To advance to step 6 you must profit $109 for the staker** please read exception 3 below
Step 6) The Big $109 $100,000 please read exception 3 below
**Exceptions: There is always exceptions to certain rules, Those exceptions are at the sole discretion of Primary Staker not the Manager
Exception 1) Make Up: If you are in Make up and fall short of making it to the next "Big Step" but your winnings are enough to cover any make up that is owed, and is at least 4 X the buy in for the next Step, an exception may be made to advance to the next Step.
Example:
A) You owe $50 in M/U you cash for $54 in The Big $5.50 falling short of the $8.80 profit needed to advance to Step 2. Because the amount of M/U is greater than the buy-in and exceeds 4 X the buy-in for Step 2 an exception will be made,
B) You owe $100 in M/U you cash for $35.20 in The Big $5.50 ( 4 x $8.80 ) An exception will be made to advance to Step 2
If the amount of M/U is less than the Buy-in ,and the profit goal has not been reached, Exception #2 Falling Short no M/U will apply
Exception 2) Falling Short no M/U Horse comes up short on a particular step but has profited enough on previous stakes to cover the buy-in,
Falling short can not exceed 25% of the next buy-in + rake,
Example:
You finish 90th in The Big $55 for $210.... $210- $55sb= $155 / 60% = $93, In this case an exception may be made to advance to The Big $109. Using the 25% exception rule you would need to profit $84 minimum for Staker, $75+$9 rake
.
Exception 3) Advancement to Steps 5 and 6: If for any reason The Staker feels that the Horse is not ready for Step 5 or 6, or has not been a Member in good standing for at least 6 months, other staking opportunities will be offered with the same value.
Example:
Staker declines to run Horse in The Big $109, But offers a staking plan with multiple tournaments with a value of $109...This exception is obvious,if it's not, Don't ask for an explanation, you might not like the answer
Exception 4) There are always exceptions to the exceptions, Staker reserves the right to add any exceptions to any rule at anytime
