    Backround

    I have been playing poker for nearly 6 years now, with 4 years being a professional. I'm a No Limit Hold'em player who mainly plays and focuses on Tournaments. I'm 26 years old and live in Arvada, CO. I started playing and learning with Mike "Rusostreet" Caruso. We have been talking and learning poker together for our whole careers. He has truly been a big part of helping me improve myself as a person and poker player. I have learned how to adapt to different situations not only on the felt but off it, this has enabled me to see how to prepare for the grind of Online and Live Tournament Poker!!!
    I have recently been staked by Ben "The Destroyer531" Mintz for roughly a year online, this is the only time I have been staked full time.

    It is apparent I have played a lot of online tournaments compared to live tournaments, however I do have some good live experience and a few good results in Las Vegas and around the United States from Foxwoods, Atlantic City, New Orleans, LA and Indiana...
    Most of my success has come from Las Vegas. Some of the events that I have played in Las Vegas are at the WSOP, Venetians Series, Caesar Palace and the Binions Summer Main Event...

    I'm currently looking to sell 80% of my $6,170 Summer Action @ a rate of 1.25%-1.00%...

    1%= $77
    5%= $385
    10%= $770

    -When cashing in any of the above listed tournaments I will need to receive all proper and legal TAX information from every single backer/investor.
    -Any Investor choosing not to provide TAX information WILL NOT be paid and will FORFEIT there winning % and will only be paid back their initial investment.
    -I can accept Funds via Cash/RioChips at this moment...possibly western union/moneygram or bank transfer
    -NO PERSONAL CHECKS---unless I receive the funds in a reasonable amount of time where the check has time to clear.
    -Will keep all investors UPDATED as thoroughly as possible w/o being distracted, mainly at breaks...possibly a twitter account
    -All Sponsorships and Endorsements I receive during any Tournament I'm staked for WILL NOT be shared with Investors/Backers.
    -I reserve the right to CANCEL this Package and RETURN all FUNDS to each proper investor at any time. Remaining Funds WILL be distributed back to each Investor
    to the proper amount each person paid.
