    My name is Reggie Brown and I am looking to sell 50% of the River Event #5 at Winstar August 20, 2012. The event is a $100,000 guarantee This is a freeze out event,

    I'm selling this at face value without markup.

    I've had some live success, mostly at Winstar with 4 cashes including 1 win in the friday $220 back in March. I've played there since 2007(mostly cash games) Just based on previous years i expect the games to be very soft containing quite a few regulars and a ton of recreational players with money to blow. details are as follows.

    Buy in total = $550

    1% - $5.50
    5% - $27.50
    10% - $55

    Taxes
    I will not be withholding any portion of the investors' $ for tax purposes. The investor will be solely responsible for their portion of the win and will be required to provide the necessary personal information if I cash before I can distribute payouts. If you provide the information needed, I will be able to pay your share in full. If you choose not to provide this information, I will have to withhold 28% of your portion of the payout.

    Method of Payment
    I prefer cash at Winstar or PayPal. I will provide paypal info via PM if you choose this method. Any reserve not paid within 24 hours of reply will become available for sale again. Also if anyone is wanting to pay cash their going to have to pay me in person at Winstar.

    I will be posting regular updates following payment confirmation I will post updates here in this thread when possible.

    P.S. I do plan to participate in the $2100 Main Event $2,500,000 guaranteed on Aug 30, 2012 so once you get your return feel free to reinvest although a may only sell 20%-30% of that action but i will update you on that in a different post.

    even if no one buys any action i'll still post my results since im new to the site and have no reputation here so just follow this thread
