    Was playing some 1/2 NL at Tampa Hard Rock with a honey on the way there. Didn't want to stop playing and decided I would buy her in at the minimum ($40), and write the following on a napkin for her:

    If you are dealt:
    AA
    KK
    QQ
    JJ
    10-10
    99
    AK
    AQ
    Go All In when it's your turn.
    Fold Everything else.

    Then if she doubled, I would remove 99, TT, JJ, and AQ from her range until she made me leave. If she doubled second time, I think she would have to cash out.

    I swear that might make her the best player at most 1/2 tables, until she learns the game and deviates. Do you think she would play profitably using that simple "Chick Chart"?

    Edit: She showed up with her girlfriend and I didn't realize she was also coming, so I cashed out and left. I didn't get to try it but I was looking forward to seeing how it went.....

    there are reasons for that, but i have posted other pics in OT.

    my main question is, can profitable poker really be reduced to a napkin chart that can explained to a complete newby over one drink? i kind of think it would work until she learned the game and got off the "yellow brick road..."
