  1. I am planning on being in Vegas for the WSOP as long as 3-4 weeks depending if I play the ME.. initially I will be staying at the Rio (Harrah's property). This is the first year I've earned a Total Rewards DIAMOND card, which typically allows you to book a 4 night comped room online. My question is if there are limits on the number of nights they allow you stay (EX trip planned 6/12 - 6/16.. can you book a stay from 6/16-6/20 right after?) If yes/no, would this apply to the same casino or would booking rooms in other Harrah's strip casinos change anything? I am yet to stay in Vegas more than 4 days in a month since receiving this status. Also, does anyone have any individual experience for potential conveniences this would create? (no lines, lounges, private bathrooms, etc) Again, this is for diamond status, which is second highest next to seven stars or whatever it's called. Appreciate any input.

    Thanks
  2. in AC, if you book a room at caesars/harrahs/showboat/ballys, those are all Harrahs (which is now Caesars Ent) property... so any room you book applies to all of them... theyre not seperate entities.

as for your other question, i dont understand it.
  3. I am basically asking what the longest you can expect to be comped as a Diamond tier member on a 3-4 week stay and if hopping from casino to casino makes a difference. I know it is a very specific question but I would assume anyone that plays the WSOP every year that does not live in Vegas would be aware of this promotion..

  5. They WILL NOT let you book 6-12/6-16 and then book another reservation on the 16th. It just wont happen. We are platinum and im staying 6-4 thru 6-24 w 5 comped nights and discounted the rest, except i think 2 weekends i have to pay a 100+ price., but overall it was pretty cheap. Try calling the # on the back and work with your person on the phone.

  6. I have a friend that last year stayed for over 6 weeks for free. He had to keep changing hotels, so this might be a possibility for you. I do not know more information than this.

  9. I am a Diamond Card member as well... yay for gambling.
I have yet to be able to stay for more than a 4 day stint in a harrahs property without have to pay for the 5th night.
I was in Windsor about 3 weeks straight at one point in my youth (grinded 1/2 for a month in the summer).
    Here is what I did:
Check in to Caesars on a Thursday, stay through Monday morning, check out, go down the street, stay at the Hilton for Monday night, rinse repeat every 4 days.
So, to answer your question, as far as I know, it is a Harrahs policy to let you only stay 4 days at a time. Now, this was back in 08, so things might have changed.

  10. Yep, from my understanding. Your gonna have to stay a night at another property then u can come back. Idk why they have it like this, but that's the way it has been explained to me

Its possible my friend had comp at another casino chain as well, thought it was all with Harrah's, but he was moving around alot last year.
  12. Why don't you call harrah's and find out?
