    Located in SE IN just about 20 minutes from Cincinnati is home of one of the many WPT events. Has a wonderful poker room, daily tourneys. Ive only been a few times but thought this would be a good place to start discussion of whats happening at this casino.

    What are you trying to figure out? I don't get this thread please help me....I haven't been since it changed over from Argosy, but think i'm going in a three weeks. Can report back then, if i make it.

    Most of the games are 1-3 nl holdem with a $300 max and 3-6 limit holdem. They usually have one 2-5 nl holdem $1k max going, 1-2 plo gets off some, 1-3-5 plo on weekends, and 5-10 nl holdem (no max) on Friday nights. I usually play 2-5 nl but the game hasn't been good lately, the 1-3 nl and plo games have been much better.

    the hotel there is an absolute joke. train tracks very nearby with decent amount of traffic. also no room service, so that's pretty neat (unless that's changed very recently).
    poker-wise, they run a $150 10k guar on wednesdays. that's about all i got off the top of my head.

    I like Hollywood, it's much more open than Argosy. I really like the poker room, but I really only go there when they are having a tournament series. I think they have 3-4 a year and the deep stacks usually pay $30k + for a $240 buy in. If Ohio would get off there asses and builds the Ceasers casino we may actually have a WSOPC and a WPT.

    the 150 10k goes off on sundays also. haven't played in it yet but plan on it in a week or so sometime hopefully.

    the 1-3 is 500 max. also always 1-2nl going, 200 max.

    I haven't been able to find it anywhere online yet. They have it posted at the actual casino,thats all I know.

    it sucked that i couldnt ever get cell reception in the Poker Room, always had to go out by the slot machines

    I usually go on Saturdays. I've just been playing the $1/2. Games are pretty soft, lots of chasing. I've only seen a handful of playersI would qualify as above average. Had a couple of good weeks, but I've been running pretty bad as of late, kinda frustrating, not getting much to go to bat with.

    Poker room is pretty nice. No complaints there. Most of the dealers are rather competent, a rare one or two that aren't so good.
