Hi,
I'm off to Vegas for a week in November. A hotel in a good location with a younger crowd would be nice.
Where should I stay?
Aria? Vdara? Mirage? New York New York? Hard Rock? Mandalay Bay? Bellagio? THEhotel? Palms?
Thanks! -
Aria is centrally located and very nice from what I've heard. Mandalay has nice rooms but pretty far down on south side of strip. Bellagio is pretty sick too. Depends on your price range also...pretty sure there's a "Vegas Directory" thread somewhere also...

Wynn

of the rooms you mentioned I'd either do Aria, Bellagio, or Mirage. The poker rooms in the others are nonexistent or they suck. for the younger crowd thing with a poker room I'd also throw in MGM as an option. If you're going to play a lot of poker you could get a good poker rate at Aria and Venetian versus what they'd usually charge you. call their rooms for info.
as for location mgm, aria, venetian are all ok. mandalay/thehotel, hard rock, palms all suck for location. -
Thanks a lot. I appreciate it.

well if u r going to be there in November Venetian runs a deepstack series during that time. they will have a ton of poker tables going. rooms are awesome too.

Venetian or Hard Rock ... the former for poker the latter for debauchery.
-
Planet Hollywood deff nice, cheap, young ppl...don't really know about the poker room...because I play at The Orleans mostly

Planet Hollywood poker room is right outside a bar and downstairs from Pure or whatever it is ... it's the kind of room you can win in while hammered.
