    thought it was a hoax straight away when i read this on 2+2 it was the op's first post sure got the online poker world talking.

    Ha. Phil Ivey has to be a huge favorite to win this event given he's been on fire during this year's WSOP. I wonder if he'll give a public interview after he wins $15 million...

    to all the JRB fanboys (me included): you guys heard about the rumours that he just registered so he could wait till the cap is reached just to sell his seat to some rich guys for more than original buyin? would be one hell of a move! bobby all the way!

    My money would still be on Dan Shak or Erik Seidel, who seem to destroy high roller events. Half of the field are poker pros, while the other half are businessmen.

    Just checked out the field, i still think Negreanu will do wonders in this event, definitely on the final table. I think Ivey & Mizrachi will also finish top 5.

    Didn't Ivey win the Aussie Millions high roller earlier this year?? I've got to think he's the favorite to win this.

    Mizrachi and Seidel also jumped out from that list. Hellmuth didn't want to post the million to play in this?

    I heard some talk about Hellmuth having got like 60% offered in a stake from various people at the time it was announced. Apparently he got text messages within 1day offering to stake him for like 150k a piece lol

    I have the winner here... the guy who gets the best cards and catches when he needs to will win. C'mon people, at least 35 of these guys could be argued as favorites to win and capable of it. The cards will determine the outcome.
