  1. started playing at a 1/3 game 5 minutes away from my house. he rakes 6dollars max plus 2 dollars for a jackpot. quad 8s or better 500. seems high... the average player sits with 150. and he provides food and any kind of drink. the play is average and the game sometimes moves to 1/3/6 if its only the degenerates in the group playing. worth playing or not iyo
  2. Take is about 2 dollars above standard and the jackpot is 1 above standard. You might go on a heater and beat rake for a while but house will get theirs. I say game is not worth it. 500 jp with a 2 dollar take is bs. Then you have to have quad 8s to qualify. I wouldn't play it.
  3. The rake seems very high for a low buy in nl game. For me I don't think it would be worth playing to often imo. If you want to play for fun and not worried about making to much money I would say go ahead but to grind out some serious money I don't think this is the type of game you could make serious money in.

If you're looking to have good time and possibly make a few side bucks then its worth it. If you're looking just to make money probably not

  5. Unless you have a massive edge on this field, there is no way to beat the $100.00 to $200.00 per hour rake on this game.
  6. usually underground spots tend to have sick action from my experience ,so yes you should go ahead ..you could make good $$ imho if the game is actually good, cause 1-3$ nl is much different then 1-2$ nl... preflop action makes flop bets/raises alot bigger so the game plays much higher then 1-2$.

for ex a 1-2$ nl game , a standard raise pre would be 8$-11$ as 1-3$ would be 17-25$. gl
