  6. As of today UB is still taking my action and not allowing me to cash out.
  7. Not to be a dick but...

"Speaking to players who assume Tuesday’s news means that they'll be able to cash out of Absolute Poker and UB immediately, the press release cautioned, “Absolute Poker’s top priority has always been, and remains, the refund of account balances to its U.S. players. Unfortunately, the Company still faces several legal issues which must be navigated before funds can be paid out to U.S. players.”

Seems like all you have to is READ the whole article.

  9. when the government reached a deal with stars and tilt it released its own statement. i have still seen no statement from the doj. I think this is false just another lie by ap/ub
  10. Just love how when I logon to my AP account there is a message saying it's temporarily unavailable and it suggests to contact them thru the live help button below which is a link to a web page that doesn't exist. Always knew that UB/AP were the shadiest of all sites (shocker).

  11. The DOJ did make a statement in regards to the aggreement. Obviously it's vague, but at least it's a step forward. UB/AP crooks however, have not yet been caught nor turned themselves in so who knows!

  12. no doubt its vague im willing to bet players will never see their money from ub/ap . from what i understand their debt is more than what the feds have frozen. thats hard to believe with the revenue they brought in. they either are horrible at managing money or they had their own version of a skim going on. anyway gl to the players in regards to getting their money
