Just finished this book (Xmas gift) and I more or less agree with Gray. I consider myself a pretty good player and I don't know that I gleaned a whole lot out of the first 3 chapters. Williams' chapter has some useful info and Daniel's whole approach is worth the read but I would add that Daniel's approach is most applicable toward deep-stack games and isn't going to be as useful in a 10-15 minute level online MTT.

As with Harrington the hand examples are the true highlights.

I agree DJ and meant to mention that. DN's style is meant mostly for really deep stacked play. I still think it highlights great points for online play, particularly with improving turn and river play online. Some of it also applies to early tournament play, but only ones with good starting stacks and slow structures like most of the higher stakes online MTTs.
