whoop whoop i've been quoted in a front page article, ha ha ha to all those people saying i'd never achieve anything in poker.

Ive been drinking those Naked fresh fruit smoothies lately. They provide some energy and feel somewhat healthy compared to alternatives, which is a plus.
But my go to drink when Im really feeling laggard or know that I have a long grind ahead is the energy drink Amp. Probably not the healthiest choice, but it really sets my mindset in the right place, and Ive grown accustomed to the taste. -
bananas are the shit for long sessions, real high in fructose so u get a quick and healty energy fix

1- Whey protein with oat. (supplement)2- Turkey breast sandwich with brown bread.3- Milk and banana.4- Glutamine (supplement).5- Grilled meats (made before the session).6- To drink only water and coffee without sugar.7- Fruits and salads.Important is to eat every three hours and not eating too much in one meal. Never energy drinks like red bull. Energy drinks are a pump sucrose that make you more active for a few hours and then you get depressed and need more and more energetic.

The two longest sessions I've had were from about 7pm to 1-2am ... during week-days so the only thing I had with me was a bottle of wine (which I find is a great relaxant). I drank the whole bottle over the 6-7 hours (about 4-5 glasses); was in a perfect zone and managed to do allright in the respective tourneys. I did have dinner before that when I came back from work therefore was not drinking the wine on an empty stomach.
Personally, I really enjoy an evening tourney stretching over a few hours, dimmed down lighting and a bottle of wine after a decent dinner. -
Rockstar Lemonade, whatever is in the fridge to eat....

My favorite poker food is chili. Always a lot of it and it's easy to reheat.

Great for the cold winters also.
Chili FTW?
And even though I am trying to quit drinking pop. It really is the best poker drink.
Or in kevmode's world, just eat anything. Who cares what we eat, just eat. yikesss -
