Ok...Long time reader here at p5's, but just recently joined when the pokerpwnage switchover happened. Sad this has to be my first post/question. So im layinging bed, losing sleep over this fiascal/punishing myself mentally for not getting atleast a big chunk of my roll off ftp before now... and this question keeps running through my head. The Alderney gambling control commission stated they were "taking action in public interest"? ok well from what i read today they (The AGCC) seemed to have known that this was heading in this direction for atleast a week or two now... So my question is, If they really wanted to do things for the best of the public interest? why not release a statement a week or two in advance of suspending the license, a warning of what could be or will be happening? A chance for the "public" to get funds out, instead of having everyone world wide waiting in limbo like the states players? Wouldn't a warning have been in the best of public interest? Is there a reason they couldn't or wouldn't do that? Any thoughts would be much appreciated thx.

Full Tilt Poker generated profits of €12 million in 2010.
This can't be correct -
If Alderney was justified in suspending FT's license it makes no sense that KGC would then grant them a new license without the "issues" that caused the suspension being resolved. Also, it seems that as soon as ft reopens anyone who can will withdraw their money ASAP, and I can't imagine anyone putting new money on ft.

rot in hell ftp! you deserve to be DONE! cant believe they're still trying to skirt laws to try to steal money from honest players. DIE YOU FUCKING DIRTY SCUMSUCKING GREEDY PRICKS! Go stars!
